Blaizn Trails Performance provides the following automotive services:

• Remote ECU tuning and performance optimization
• Dyno tuning services (in-shop and mobile)
• Mail-in bench flash tuning
• Full performance builds and modifications
• Clutch tuning and sales
• General maintenance and troubleshooting

Note: All services are provided "as is" and results may vary based on vehicle condition, modifications, and environmental factors.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and requirements
• Ensure your vehicle is in safe operating condition before service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle modifications
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our tuning methods
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept various payment methods as specified at time of service
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requirements
• Refunds are subject to our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

This limitation includes, but is not limited to:

• Vehicle damage or mechanical failures
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Warranty claims or product liability
• Third-party claims or legal actions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that:

• Services will meet your specific requirements
• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be consistent across all vehicles
• Performance gains will be achieved
• Services will be compatible with all modifications

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blaizn Trails Performance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you provide or submit

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and tuning methodologies, is the property of Blaizn Trails Performance and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Misrepresentation of vehicle information
• Abuse of our services or staff

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and related data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
